Having a large business is not against the law. Achieving it in violation of fairly specifically prescribed codes of behavior is. So we don't worry about the grand concept of it. We don't worry about being big, we worry about not being big enough. But we are worried about playing by the rules�not just the letter of the law, but the spirit of the law.
